Texas Ranger Roland Sharp is used to handling dangerous criminals, but his latest assignment presents a completely different kind of challenge. After five college cheerleaders witness a murder, Sharp is ordered to protect them around the clock until they can safely testify.

To keep the witnesses hidden, Sharp goes undercover as an assistant coach and moves into their world. The tough, disciplined ranger quickly discovers that protecting five energetic young women is nothing like chasing criminals through the streets of Texas.

The girls are not exactly thrilled about having a strict lawman watching their every move. They constantly test his patience, challenge his authority, and come up with creative ways to make his job as difficult as possible. Sharp, meanwhile, tries to maintain control while dealing with his own complicated family life.

But the situation becomes serious when the danger surrounding the witnesses gets closer. What begins as a frustrating protection assignment turns into a fast-moving fight for survival, forcing Sharp and the girls to put their differences aside and work together.
