Hello guys! After a year and a half, it's finally here! I can't even believe it myself. I am one person making these animations, feel free to support me on Patreon so I can make more content: https://www.patreon.com/hyourinjutsu or become a YouTube member of the channel! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7t2GoFvc1jwp_NdprcecgQ/join
This project took a huge amount of time, countless months, energy, and persistence to bring together. It's been 1 and a half years since this was announced!! There were plenty of moments where motivation dipped, but your support, patience, and encouragement really helped carry it through to the finish line. Know that I appreciate your support more than I can put into words. It still feels surreal that this huge project is finally done!

• Animation and storyline made by Hyourinjutsu.
• Many particle effects by https://www.productioncrate.com/ .
• Perfected Cell Max model by: ShatteredIllusio.
• A modified Cell model used in the animation is initially a Power-Stressed Cell model made by: Sukoji.
*Q&A*:
Q: I don't like the 3D, are you going to do that forever?
A: Highly unlikely. This is an experimental style, as no 2D sprite sheets were available for the characters shown in the animation. Future animations will always keep being 2D if there will be available sprite sheets for them. This also complements the DBS: Super Hero 3D style, so I think it came out okay!
Q: What is the music?
A: I am no musician, and I release these projects for your entertainment. To ensure this video remains permanently viewable without the constant threat of copyright claims, muting, or takedowns (which heavily impacted my previous videos and risked me losing years of work), music was made using generative tools through carefully detailed prompts, and was repeatedly refined until it matched exactly what I envisioned. This is incredibly good news, as it reduces the risk of blocks to virtually zero and gives me full creative freedom for the first time in 10+ years to create the atmosphere that shapes the scenes exactly as I imagine them.
Kindly, do NOT let this overshadow the countless months of manual work I poured into this project, which includes editing, keyframing, sequencing, and animating a total of 54,000 frames, that I singlehandedly did to bring this piece to life. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you enjoy the animation, I tried my hardest to make it the best I can!
Q: What is your perspective on utilizing generative tools?
A: This is a philosophical question. The world and it's workflows are changing. I am a programmer by trade, so I look at these advancements from both a technical and creative standpoint. AI shouldn't replace creators or content; it is a tool meant to boost productivity, if used correctly and productively of course, like a digital co-worker or an assistant. For example, I also apply programming and strong math to generate symmetrical, unique custom patterns and visual effects that complement transitions. In this niche field of sprite animation, you constantly have to find innovative ways to one-up and surpass yourself.
Q: There is Royalty Free music out there, why didn't you use it?
A: Because hunting down licenses and music to match the tone I had in mind for a *30* minute animation is an absolute nightmare, speaking from experience. This option gives me the complete creative freedom.
Q: Why didn't you hire someone for the music?
A: I am one person, not a studio with a budget to commission custom scores. More importantly, relying on third parties limits my creative freedom and makes my work dependent on someone else's schedule and interpretation, and delays it even further. This option gives me complete independence.
I hope that you can enjoy the hard work poured into the animation and storyline nevertheless.
