Bitcoin is sitting right on the 200-week moving average around $61,000, the level that has marked every cycle bottom. I started buying BTC this week, so today I'm walking through the altcoins I'd still buy at the bottom of this bear. Not a ranking, two baskets: the strong coins that rallied too hard or held up too well and need a deeper dip first, and the strong coins that already corrected where the buy target could hit soon. Every one is a good coin. The only question is when.
