When overworked social worker Li Shu-fen (Rainie Yang) discovers her pregnant teenage daughter has mysteriously vanished, her desperate search leads her straight into the haunted, mist-shrouded mountains.

Her only clue? Chilling security footage of her daughter being led away by a creepy young girl in a red dress. As Shu-fen ventures into the cursed woods, her path collides with an abandoned hospital, a disoriented pregnant woman who went missing months prior, and an ancient, malicious demon born from black magic.
