Kartavya is a tribute to the martyrs of Nepal and a powerful reminder of duty to the new generation. If Part-01 asked “Is this not my country too”, Kartavya answers: “Yes, this is our country, and it is our Kartavya – our collective duty – to build it.”

The song calls upon the government, youth, farmers, workers, artists, and the global Nepali diaspora to contribute from their own places toward nation-building. This is not political blame. This is a song of self-reflection and awakening.
