Suffering from severe, escalating episodes of sleep paralysis, a young woman turns to documentary filmmakers and paranormal researchers to document her nocturnal horrors. Every night at 3:17 AM, she wakes up fully conscious yet completely unable to move a muscle or scream for help.

As investigators set up cameras around her bedroom, the night vision footage captures a horrifying reality: her paralysis isn't just a medical condition. A sinister entity is physically entering her room, hovering over her body, and invading her waking mind. With the visits becoming more violent, the team must find a way to banish the demon before she falls asleep for the final time.
