My sons and I returned to the legendary Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot site at Bluff Creek, deep inside California's Six Rivers National Forest—but this time we camped OVERNIGHT and hiked to the exact location where one of the most famous moments in cryptid history was filmed.

On October 20, 1967, Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin captured what would become the world's most famous Bigfoot footage. More than half a century later, researchers, skeptics, scientists, and Bigfoot enthusiasts still debate exactly what was captured along the banks of Bluff Creek.
