Medusa was never the monster the gods claimed she was.

For centuries, Olympus ruled humanity through fear. Villages burned. Cities were punished. Storms and lightning became tools of divine authority. Mortals obeyed not because they loved the gods, but because they feared them.

As unrest begins to spread across Greece, Zeus and Ares respond with even greater force, believing fear is the only way to maintain control. To them, humanity exists only because Olympus allows it.
