XRP snapped back 8% off the lows today, ripping from $1.29 to $1.40 while half the timeline was writing its obituary. But the green candle isn't the story — WHY it bounced here is. In this video I break down the three things that caught the fall, the warning sign nobody's talking about, and the one level that tells you if this recovery is real.

First, how we got so low. The CLARITY Act failed a key Senate vote 49-50, and XRP got hit harder than the majors — down nearly 8% while ETH and SOL fell around 3%. Then the Fed hiked rates for the first time since 2023, piling on risk-off pressure. That combo flushed XRP to $1.29.

So why did it hold? Three reasons: leverage got nuked (open interest fell from $1.13B to $871M), sentiment hit a historic extreme (two-week RSI at ~33.5, the lowest ever), and network usage doubled (XRPL payment volume topped 1.1B XRP). Price down, fundamentals up.

The catch: whale inflows to Binance just hit a six-month high, which can signal selling ahead. It's a tug-of-war — and the level that settles it is $1.42. Reclaim and hold it, and $1.50 is in play. Lose $1.30 and this bounce becomes a memory.
