SYNOPSIS:
Shawn Holloway is a deeply depressed bank loan officer who feels completely defeated by life, especially after discovering that her lover, who also happens to be her married boss, is expecting a child with his wife. Pushed to the edge, Shawn climbs to the roof of her bank building, fully intending to jump and end it all. However, her plans are abruptly interrupted when a botched bank robbery takes place inside the building. One of the desperate robbers, Charlie, ends up on the roof while fleeing from the police. Seeing Shawn, he takes her hostage to secure his escape. The two strike a bizarre and dark deal: Shawn will help Charlie escape the police perimeter, and in exchange, he promises to kill her once he is safe. As they go on the run, their unlikely partnership blossoms into something entirely unexpected, turning a disastrous day into a wild ride of survival, self-discovery, and romance.
