The market does not care how hard you stare at the screen. Aggressively watching the one-minute candle only spikes your adrenaline and forces you to make emotional decisions, which ultimately sabotages a perfectly valid setup.

Once your entry, stop loss, and target are set, your job is completely finished. You must step away and let your mechanical system play out.
