Penny Singleton got time off for good behavior from her perenial role as Blondie to star in this musical. Glenn Ford plays a marshal who rids a small town of a squirrely outlaw. Singleton and Ann Miller lock horns over the dashing Ford and the ensuing battle is a memorable highlight of the film.
