Senate President Win Gatchalian says he hopes all 24 senators will be present as the Senate continues its proceedings, emphasizing the importance of having the full chamber participate.

While Senate rules allow online participation in certain circumstances, Gatchalian stressed that physical presence is required for voting.
“The institution is about the 24 senators,” Gatchalian said.
