Full horror movie in English about a group of survivors trapped inside an abandoned hospital while a savage gang of cannibals hunts them one by one.

Civilization has collapsed and the survivors known as the Foragers have found what appears to be the perfect refuge — an empty hospital where they hope to start rebuilding their lives.

But everything changes after they rescue a young woman from a brutal attack.

She wasn't alone.

A vicious group of cannibals called the Rovers has followed her back to the hospital. Now the survivors are trapped inside, their numbers are disappearing one by one, and hiding may no longer be enough.

They have only two choices: run — or fight back.
