A youth from Doda, Jammu & Kashmir, has alleged that he was targeted by suspected ISI-linked operatives through social media in an attempt to obtain sensitive information about Indian Army installations.

According to the youth, the contact began in December 2025 after a comment appeared on one of his Facebook posts. The person claimed to be a woman from Kashmir, and the conversation continued for several months before moving to WhatsApp. He alleged that he was later pressured to share details about Indian Army locations and was threatened with the release of private photos and harm to his family when he refused.
