Chandralekha is a 1997 Malayalam comedy drama film directed by Priyadarshan and written by Priyadarshan and Sreenivasan. The film stars Mohanlal, Sreenivasan, Sukanya and Pooja Batra in the lead roles. The movie became one of the biggest blockbuster hits in Malayalam cinema and was the highest-grossing Malayalam film at the time of its release.
