An early film in the career of John Wayne in which he portrays a West Point Graduate who dumps his girlfriend before his appointment to an army base in Arizona. The real trouble starts when he arrives in Arizona and finds that his former girlfriend is now married to the base commander...who also happens to be his best friend!
