???? Mango Semiya Payasam | Creamy Mango Kheer | Easy Summer Dessert Recipe ????

A delicious twist to traditional semiya payasam! ????✨ Made with fresh mangoes, milk, and lots of love. Perfect for summer gatherings and festive occasions. ????

????‍???? Ingredients

* 1 cup semiya (vermicelli)
* 4 tbsp ghee
* 2 cups milk
* 2 cups water
* ⅓-½ cup sugar (or adjust to taste)
* 1 cup mango paste (puree)
* 1 cup ,ripe mango, cut into small pieces
* 10 cashews
* 10 raisins
* ½ tsp cardamom powder

????‍???? Method

1️⃣ Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the cashews and raisins until golden. Remove and keep aside.
2️⃣ In the same ghee, add the semiya and roast until light golden and aromatic.
3️⃣ Pour in 2 cups milk and 2 cups water. Mix well and cook until the semiya becomes soft.
4️⃣ Switch off the flame and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
5️⃣ Allow the payasam to cool down completely or until it is just slightly warm.
6️⃣ Add the mango paste, mango pieces, roasted cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder.
7️⃣ Mix gently until everything is well combined.
8️⃣ Serve chilled for the best taste.
